Condensate-Based Drug Discovery Platform

By querying a database of genetic variants closely related to the disease and calculating predictors of coagulation propensity characteristics with mutant proteins, we can perform data mining of existing and unknown knowledge of condensate composition and characterization of in vitro simplification systems for target condensate selection. In addition, we have an integrated approach for identifying and studying LLPS to characterize the structure and properties of target condensates.

We provide equilibrium speed, throughput, and resolution/sensitivity high-throughput screening appropriate for target condensates to identify potential condensate-based drug discovery to reverse or prevent abnormal condensate phenotypes, including condensate size, quantity, morphology, and material properties, etc.

We can filter the results of high-throughput screens based on cytotoxicity and condensate selectivity, based on disease-related functional assays and their mechanism of action characterized by biophysical measurements. We aim to optimize the drug distribution within the target condensate to improve the chances of therapeutic index.
